HOW WE WORK
The first time that I went to the Galaxy Restaurant, in Maputo, I was just arriving from a trip to India - and it seemed that I was back there again! The food is genuinely indian, with a lot of flavour and freshness - my favourite thing is definetly the naan, but their speciality (the Galaxy mutton curry) is also delicious!
We are very used to finding South Indian restaurants in Dubai, But never in our dreams did we imagine that at 10 pm Maputo time as we land we'd be having food in a restaurant with a back drop of Indian music and local black guys offering us butter chicken and malbari parathas! Their gajar halwa with vanilla ice cream is the delicacy I've never had anywhere!! Price wise it's amazing, location very close to the centre! Foods completely hygienic and tasty!
